Case summary: Mr. Ren entrusted Seapoe Relo with shipping his furniture by sea to Paris, France.

When a family moves from Nanjing to Paris, many people buy new furniture once they arrive. Mr. Ren did something different. The cabinets that had stood in his home for years and the art prints he had collected were more than objects; they were part of his life, so he decided to bring them with him. After comparing several international shipping companies, he chose Seapoe Relo.

On the booked day, the packing crew showed up at his door with a full set of materials. The load was several solid wood cabinets and a set of valuable art prints.

Solid wood cabinets scratch and their corners chip when knocked. The movers wrapped each cabinet in pearl cotton, fitted corner protectors, then cut cardboard to cover the entire body and sealed it with tape so nothing would shift or rub in transit. Art prints are fragile, so each frame got several tight layers: bubble wrap wound closely around it for cushioning, then cardboard fitted to the front, back and all four sides to stop it sliding or knocking against anything inside.

Once packing and inventory were finished, Seapoe Relo took over customs declaration, ocean freight, customs clearance in France and inland delivery. Shipping paperwork gets complicated, and Seapoe's customer service team handled it alongside him at every step. Mr. Ren only needed to supply the documents, then wait in Paris for his furniture to be delivered.
