Case Summary: Mr. Chen hired Seapoe to ship the new solid wood furniture he bought online to Singapore by sea.

Mr. Chen, who is based in Shanghai, obtained his Singapore PR this year and bought an apartment there. He asked Seapoe to book a full container for the sofa, coffee table, chest of drawers, bed and other good-looking solid wood pieces he had picked out from Yuanshi Muyu and Fanji, and ship them all to Singapore by sea.

Seapoe took care of receiving and inspecting the furniture, free storage, repacking and reinforcement, and customs declaration and clearance. Once the shipment arrived in Singapore, a dedicated team and vehicle delivered it to his door, unpacked and placed the furniture, and cleared away the packing waste.
