Ms. Zheng is planning to move into a new home in Los Angeles and wanted to furnish it with a batch of new furniture shipped over from China. A friend recommended Seapoe Relo, and she went with them.

The furniture Ms. Zheng bought online was sent straight to Seapoe's warehouse in China. She told each seller in advance to mark the warehouse entry number on the outer packaging, and the warehouse signed for and logged every item without a problem. Since Ms. Zheng qualified for the local duty exemption, Seapoe arranged the duty-free clearance for her, saving her a sizeable sum in taxes and fees.

After more than two months, the furniture arrived safely in Los Angeles. Local staff arranged a dedicated vehicle and crew for the door delivery. When the goods reached Ms. Zheng's new home, the crew removed all the outer packaging, carried everything inside, and placed the furniture where she wanted it. For simple pieces, they also handled assembly. At the end of the service, the crew took away all the packaging waste, cardboard and wooden crates included, so she had nothing to clean up herself. The whole process was easy and efficient, and Ms. Zheng was very pleased with it.
