Service route: Shanghai to Paris, France; Service mode: Door-to-door one-stop ocean freight; Case summary: Ms. Xia commissioned Seapoe Relo to ship her newly bought furniture by sea to Paris, France.

The client bought new furniture in China and asked us to run a reverse cross-border purchase to a French home. We covered everything in one stop: collection, warehousing, reinforcement, ocean freight, customs clearance, and door delivery.

The client chose the furniture online, and the merchants shipped the items in batches to our own warehouse in Shanghai. Warehouse staff signed for each delivery, counted the pieces, checked the appearance of the new furniture, and reported arrivals back to the client. Large pieces take knocks easily, so we arranged a second round of protective packing: corner guards, thickened boards, stretch film, and heavy cartons to prevent rubbing and crushing damage at sea. We labeled and sorted every item.

Once the full set arrived, we loaded the container for international ocean shipping, tracked the vessel schedule the whole way, and shared logistics updates. When the cargo reached the French port, we handled import customs clearance, processed the declaration documents, and settled the duties and taxes. After clearance and release, the delivery team brought the furniture to the client's doorstep in Paris, unpacked it, and completed handover. The large items stayed protected the whole way and arrived intact at the overseas home, giving the client a cost-effective way to move the furniture they wanted from China to France.
