Mr. Zhou, a Shanghainese who has lived in Tokyo for years, has been busy renovating his new home. The limited selection and high prices of locally available furniture in Japan had been a headache for him. Recommended by a friend, he contacted Seapoe Relo to ship some idle furniture from his Shanghai home to Japan.

After receiving the assignment, the professional packing team arrived as scheduled. Following meticulous packing and pick-up, the items were first stored free of charge at Seapoe's self-owned warehouse in Shanghai. They were later shipped by sea to Mr. Zhou’s new home in Tokyo.

All procedures throughout the process—customs declaration, clearance, shipping, and delivery—were fully handled by the Seapoe team. Mr. Zhou didn’t need to worry about anything; he just waited for the furniture to arrive.

Upon arrival in Tokyo, Seapoe’s local team in Japan took over directly, delivering the furniture intact to Mr. Zhou's new home.
