Mr. Peng is a Chinese expat living in Washington, D.C. He had just bought a new home and was getting ready to renovate and move in. 1. Guangzhou Receiving and Inspection

The finished pieces from the Foshan factory arrived at the Seapoe Guangzhou warehouse in batches. We provide free receiving and storage. Every item was checked on arrival for quantity, appearance, and dimensions, and any problem was raised with Mr. Peng and the factory right away.

2. Reinforced Packing

Once all 18 cubic meters of furniture had arrived, our packing team handled the reinforcement as one job. Each piece got a packing plan built around its shape and material: solid wood furniture was wrapped in four layers of pearl cotton, corner protectors, and hardboard; irregular pieces and glass items went into custom wooden crates. The entire process was photographed and archived, so Mr. Peng could check on progress and results whenever he wanted.

3. Export Declaration and Ocean Freight

After packing, our customs team prepared all the export documents in advance and handled the export declaration for him, so Mr. Peng never had to be present for any of it. Once cleared, we booked the earliest available sailing. Real-time tracking was available throughout, so he could see exactly where his goods were.

4. US Customs Clearance and Delivery

As the shipment neared the US port, our clearance team prepared all the import documents and handled US customs entry to ensure a quick, smooth release. After clearance, a local Washington delivery crew brought everything to Mr. Peng's home by dedicated truck, carried it inside, unpacked it, and set the furniture in place. Then they cleared out all the packing waste.

Mr. Peng was very pleased when the goods were signed for.
