1. On-site Disassembly & Packing

Seapoe’s crew showed up with all the tools and materials. First, they took apart everything that needed disassembly—wardrobes, beds, the dining table—packing each part separately and labeling it. Then they wrapped every piece of furniture professionally: solid wood got pearl cotton + corner guards + cardboard (four layers), large items got wooden crating. Every step was photographed. They even took away the packing debris, so Mr. Xia had zero cleanup.

2. Customs Clearance & Ocean Shipping

Once packed, the goods went to Seapoe’s Shanghai warehouse. The customs team prepared all the paperwork in advance and handled the export declaration. After clearance, they booked the next available sailing on a China–Australia route. Mr. Xia could track the shipment in real time and see exactly where his stuff was at any point.

3. Australian Customs Clearance

As the cargo neared Perth, the clearance team contacted Mr. Xia to gather his new-immigrant documents. They handled the full import clearance and quarantine process, applying for duty-free benefits under his immigrant status while making sure everything met Australian quarantine standards. It went through smoothly and fast.

4. Perth In-Home Delivery

After clearance, Seapoe’s local delivery team in Perth picked up the goods in a dedicated truck and brought them to Mr. Xia’s home.

The team carried every piece inside, unpacked it, checked for any damage, and placed the large items exactly where Mr. Xia wanted. They also assembled everything and hauled away all the packing waste.
