Removal goods

Documents Required
  • Truthfully completed and signed application form.
  • Exemption permit household items, vehicles, vessels, moto.
  • A clear photocopy of your Passport (page photo and name).
  • Import tax exemption.
  • Request deregistration population register - municipality last living in Netherlands (copy is sufficient).
  • Certificate of Residence.
  • Inventory.
Remarks
  • Customer does not have to be present at customs clearance of household goods.
  • Used household goods and personal effects are duty-free if they have been owned and used by the Customer for over six months.
  • However so called “borgstelling’ has to be paid and will be refunded after Sedula and Tax form has been handed over to destination agent (copy is sufficient).
  • Customer must contact Destination Agent upon arrival.
